On 18-19 September, the MSCA Presidency Conference 2025, held at the Technical University of Denmark, gathered 260 people onsite and more than 150 people online to explore how universities can remain magnets for excellence by focusing on the human-centred aspects of academic careers and leadership. 10 researchers from Danish universities have been selected to share their experiences from current and former MSCA projects. In short videos they share their motivations, research results, and impact and what MSCA has meant for their careers. One of them was ETPD2 fellow Aldona Ilona Mzyk.
